Founded in 1954, All Seasons history is one based on providing pool owners with only the best products available, supplied by industry professionals who not only know their job, but care about their customers.
For over 60 years, All Seasons' has been proud to have its owners and principles not only act as leaders of All Seasons, but also as leaders within our industry. All Seasons' owners and principles have held numerous Regional and National APSP offices, taught countless industry courses, written many articles for trade publications and have been judges for our industry's International Awards of Excellence.
All Seasons has had the pleasure of earning a number of awards throughout the years. Gold, Silver and Bronze NSPI and APSP Awards of Excellence adorn our showroom and office walls in addition to industry service awards.
One of our most treasured honors is to have been named as a top 50 builder in the country by Pool and Spa News in 2013, 2014 and 2015, a designation which included our staff being ranked as the number one staff in the country for swimming pool builders.
Doug Mayhall - Chairman and CEO
Doug's father, Gene Mayhall, founded All Seasons under the name National Pools of Palos in 1954. Gene Mayhall passed away at an early age, leaving his wife Claudia at the helm. At an early age, Doug was drawn into the pool business and has never looked back.
Doug's leadership, knowledge and concern for taking the best care of all of our customers is a driving force behind what makes All Seasons so successful.
In addition to his duties as Chairman of All Seasons, Doug has served Board of the Midwest Chapter of the APSP, currently serves as a board member and past Chairman of the Board to Carecraft, a leading industry buying group, and is 1st Vice President of the Board for the Illinois State Rifle Association. Doug has numerous Genesis 3 Design Group certifications, and has earned the Genesis Gold Member designation and is an APSP Certified Building Professional, APSP Certified Service Professional Certified Pool Operator and Certified Swimming Pool Facility Contractor.
Dan Lenz - Vice President
Dan joined the All Seasons team in 1987 while working his way through college, eventually finding a home in an industry that was far from his original thoughts of becoming a high school music teacher.
Through his many years in the pool industry, Dan has held most all of the NSPI and APSP certifications and is currently an APSP Certified Building Professional as well as an APSP Certified Trainer. He authors many articles that are published in trade magazines such as Pool and Spa News and Aqua Magazine, teaches seminars at industry trade shows, has served as a judge for the APSP International Awards of Excellence and is serving on the board of directors for the Midwest Chapter of the APSP.
Dan also volunteers his 'Free' time serving as the Executive President of a non profit athletic association that provides baseball, softball and soccer opportunities to over 800 local community children.
Tom Sekulski - Vice President
Tom Sekulski is a retail operations professional focused on excellence and commitment to customer service. Tom became a team member at All Seasons in 1995 at the young age of 15 years old as a part-time employee. Through working in the retail store while in high school, Tom developed his skills in customer service and quickly increased his knowledge of products and the pool industry.
Tom’s strong work ethic led him to advance quickly within the company first as Retail Manager. Over the years, he has taken on and retained leadership roles in retail, purchasing and marketing operations for All Seasons, most recently as Vice President. Tom is passionate about customer service and about confidently delivering the best products and support to everyone who chooses All Seasons.
Tom has earned APSP Technical Certifications and has completed hundreds of hours of water chemistry training from nationally recognized leading pool and spa chemical manufacturers. Tom’s skills and dedication have earned him, on multiple occasions, both Employee of the Quarter and Employee of the Year Honors.
